Be it a birthday party or a barbecue party, chicken tikka preparations are a must have! The succulent chicken prepartions not only serve as a great snack but also compliments with some great wine pairings!

4. Goan Recheado mackerel
Goan Recheado Masala is a Goan staple for pretty much anything that needs to be grilled or tossed in a pan. You could probably coat the stuff on anything and it would taste rad. Goan Recheado Mackerel is a Goan classic, best served fresh and hot. If you’re not in the mood of making this paste yourself, you can always buy some premade in stores.
The recipe for this BBQ Goan classic is pretty straightforward. In fact, you can switch out the mackerel depending on the season for almost any fish and it would taste absolutely fabulous.

3. BBQ Chicken Cafreal
Is there any Goan that does not like Chicken Cafreal? If yes, then we probably don’t wanna know 😝
The iconic Chicken Cafreal is loved not just in goa but all over the country. Not much has been documented about this recipe made with whole roasted and ground spices alongside Vinegar, Green Chillies and Tamarind paste. This is rumoured to have been brought over to Goa by the Portuguese from a colony they occupied in Africa. Although you can cafreal beef and mutton as well. Chicken is highly recommended for your BBQ yacht cruise in Goa.

2. Grilled Prawns on Skewers
Grilled prawns are a Goan staple. And not only do they taste amazing, but they’re also very nutritious. Although the name ‘prawn’ is quite vague, you get different types of prawns in Goa. You’d want to go for the big ones that are used to BBQ. Although these can be a little expensive, they’re super worth it for a live BBQ yacht experience.

1. Goan Pork Roast
We Goans take a lot of pride and care on our pork preparations. In fact, there’s so many you’d be spoilt for choice. Pork roast is a Goan BBQ classic and is known as Assado de Porco in Portuguese.
